I kinda ended up having to buy a chair that's $1000 and the other major thing I didn't expect from it is that it can adjust to fit the exact curve of my back as well. I've already thought about just getting the desk plate and build the feets by my own to adjust the height how I want it but, I feel like I would need a special chair with like no arm rests to make this work?! And then I would always just sit really close the desk just to be able to rest my arms somewhere, especially while not playing something :/Īs someone who's a smidge below 164 cm who can only use chairs that have arms that go very low, I needed to buy a chair that could get that arm height, a desk of the appropriate short height, and a less wide keyboard. Back not straight against chair, neck bend in and slightly forward and whole arms straight forwards which pulls you even further forward in a shitty position. I even see shroud plays exactly like that. Because that's what I don't want to do because of posture. To make arm arming comfortable I would have to go as close as possible to the desk so I would have to get the arm rests under the desk and maybe the desk even lower like you to make it even more comfortable, but how does it work when your chair has arm rests?! Or do you not sit straight and lean forward (with the neck)/and arms to get them on the desk? I feel like my arms gets tired really fast like that when I have to put them forward and "hold" them there. Wait, what type of chair do you have when your desk is that low? Does your chair have no arm rests at all or how can this work?īecause that's exactly my problem when I try arm aiming (almost whole underarm on the table/pad, except elbow hanging off the desk edge) But because of the arm rest of my chair I can't really get closer to the desk (even with chair on the lowest height) which results in leaning forward just to get my whole underarm on the desk.
